GENLITEC POWER offers a comprehensive range of mobile lighting towers for construction sites, mining operations, infrastructure projects, road works, outdoor events and other applications requiring reliable temporary lighting. The range includes metal halide and LED lighting solutions with different lighting outputs, mast configurations, diesel engine options and generator power.

Mobile Lighting Tower Series

The GENLITEC POWER mobile lighting tower range is primarily classified by lighting type and total lighting power. The four main lighting series are:

○ GLT4000 Series: 4 × 1000W MH lamps – high-output metal halide lighting with a total lighting power of 4.0kW.

○ GLT1400L Series: 4 × 350W LED floodlights – energy-efficient LED lighting with a total lighting power of 1.4kW.

○ GLT1600L Series: 4 × 400W LED floodlights – higher-output LED lighting with a total lighting power of 1.6kW.

○ GLT2000L Series: 4 × 480W LED floodlights – high-intensity LED lighting with a total lighting power of 1.92kW.

GLT4000 Series – 4 × 1000W MH Lamps

The GLT4000 series is the high-output metal halide lighting solution in the GENLITEC POWER mobile lighting tower range. Equipped with four 1000W MH lamps, it provides powerful illumination for large outdoor working areas and is suitable for construction sites, mining operations, road and bridge projects, infrastructure works and other demanding applications.

○ Lighting: 4 × 1000W MH lamps.

○ Total lighting power: 4.0kW.

○ Mast options: 7m vertical manual, 8m hydraulic and 9m manual.

○ Engine options: Kubota, Perkins, Yanmar, Rehlko and Quanchai.

○ Generator power: approximately 6.0–7.2kW at 50Hz and 7.0–8.0kW at 60Hz, depending on the selected engine.

GLT1400L Series – 4 × 350W LED Floodlights

The GLT1400L series is an energy-efficient LED lighting solution equipped with four 350W LED floodlights and a total lighting power of 1.4kW. It is suitable for construction, road works, infrastructure projects, outdoor events and general temporary lighting applications.

○ Lighting: 4 × 350W LED floodlights.

○ Total lighting power: 1.4kW.

○ Mast options: 7m vertical manual, 8m hydraulic and 9m manual.

○ Engine options: Kubota, Perkins, Yanmar, Rehlko and Quanchai.

○ Generator power: approximately 6.0–7.2kW at 50Hz and 7.0–8.0kW at 60Hz, depending on the selected engine.

GLT1600L Series – 4 × 400W LED Floodlights

The GLT1600L series is equipped with four 400W LED floodlights, providing a total lighting power of 1.6kW. It offers a practical balance of illumination, energy efficiency and operating flexibility for construction sites, mining operations, infrastructure projects, road works and other demanding outdoor applications.

○ Lighting: 4 × 400W LED floodlights.

○ Total lighting power: 1.6kW.

○ Mast options: 7m vertical manual, 8m hydraulic and 9m manual.

○ Engine options: Kubota, Perkins, Yanmar, Rehlko and Quanchai.

GLT2000L Series – 4 × 480W LED Floodlights

The GLT2000L series is the highest-output LED lighting configuration in this range. Equipped with four 480W LED floodlights and a total lighting power of 1.92kW, it is designed for applications requiring high-intensity illumination while maintaining the energy-efficiency advantages of LED technology.

○ Lighting: 4 × 480W LED floodlights.

○ Total lighting power: 1.92kW.

○ Mast options: 7m vertical manual, 8m hydraulic and 9m manual.

○ Engine options: Kubota, Perkins, Yanmar, Rehlko and Quanchai.

○ Generator power: approximately 6.0–7.2kW at 50Hz and 7.0–8.0kW at 60Hz, depending on the selected engine.

Mast Configurations

The mast configuration is identified by the model suffix and mainly differs in mast height and lifting system:

○ 8H – 8m Hydraulic: 8-metre mast with hydraulic lifting for convenient deployment and retraction.

○ 9M – 9m Manual: 9-metre mast with manual lifting, providing greater mast height for wide-area illumination.

○ 7VM – 7m Vertical Manual: 7-metre vertical mast with manual lifting, offering a compact configuration for easier positioning and transport.

Diesel Engine Options

GENLITEC POWER mobile lighting towers are available with liquid-cooled diesel engines from several established engine brands. Engine selection may vary according to the lighting series, mast configuration, frequency and market requirements.

○ Quanchai: QC380D

Generator Power & Fuel Tank

○ 50Hz generator power: 6.0–7.2kW depending on the selected engine.

○ 60Hz generator power: 7.0–8.0kW depending on the selected engine.

○ Fuel tank capacity: 100 litres for 7m and 9m configurations, and 115 litres for 8m hydraulic configurations.

○ Frequency: 50Hz and 60Hz configurations are available depending on the selected engine and market requirements.

Model Identification

The GENLITEC POWER model number combines the lighting series, mast configuration and engine brand, allowing customers to quickly identify the basic configuration of each mobile lighting tower.

○ Lighting series: GLT4000, GLT1400L, GLT1600L or GLT2000L.

○ Mast configuration: 8H = 8m hydraulic, 9M = 9m manual, 7VM = 7m vertical manual.

○ Engine identification: K = Kubota, P = Perkins, Y = Yanmar, R = Rehlko, Q = Quanchai.

○ Example: GLT1600L-8HQ represents a mobile lighting tower with 4 × 400W LED floodlights, an 8-metre hydraulic mast and a Quanchai diesel engine.

Engine Emissions

The REHLKO KDW1003 diesel engine is available with EU Stage V and EPA Tier 4 Final emissions certification, depending on the selected configuration and applicable market requirements.
