ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY

GENLITEC POWER® always pay special attention to environmental function when we design our gensets. High-strength material and advanced design,minimized vibration.We adopt advanced noise reduction measures and equipments,lower l5-35db(A) of genset noise level,and keep the genset running in a quiet state,while not affecting the daily life and work.
The application of anti-vibration mounting. keeps the vibration of the genset under control, lowering its noise level meanwhile increasing the life span of genset.

SAFE

Design, production & test of genset are completely in conformity with China national Standards and Europe CE safety standards. Gensets are equipped with monitoring system & emergency stop system, alerts with LED lighting system, durable & reliable.
A Safe cutoff circuift to be generated if emergency stop system being applied, no electric shock hozard during restarting the genset. Fan guard and heatproot guard ensure the safely of genset operator. PC Control,comes with emergency stop equipmenl. External terminal access is available on gensel bottom, with waterproof & dustproof function.

RELIABLE

GENLITEC POWER® maintains close cooperation with internationally renowned engine brands like Cummins, Perkins, Doosan, Deutz, SDEC, Caterpillar, etc. Feathered with high power and torque, quick start,easy maintenance and operation. Coupled with Stamford,Leroy sommer or our own copy Stamford brushless alternators, Class H Insulation, IP23(or NEMA1) protection, with AVR for option.Good cooling system enable the job of noise reduction meanwhile not affecting genset output.
Load 0-100%, frequenc fluctuation≤±0.25%. 3 Phase balance load, max aberration rate of line voltage≤±0.5%. The soundproof canopy has good waterproof & dustproot performance, is applied widely In desert, mine, construction site ect. harsh environment.

EASY TO OPERATE

Coolant feeder is located on top of the canopy, and water/coolant can be easily filled thought tube.
External quick connection helps easily realize monitor the mains, ATS transfer,remote start.
Then daily maintenance work can be perfformed on the two sides of the machine, and wide door allows you easily get in the machine. With lock fixed on control panel, the door can be locked during genset unused or running.

EASY TO TRANSPORT

GENLITEC POWER ® transportation issues were considered in the early stages of product design.
Therefore, our product is compact, easy to handle, and saves space.
There are lifting holes on the top of the canopy, which can be easily lifted during maintenance.
There is a forklift operation hole at the bottom of the generator set, which is convenient for transportation and can be easily moved together with trailers.
