Introduction
The GENLITEC POWER® GPC1250D5 and GPC1250S5 are 1250kVA Cummins diesel generator sets designed for reliable prime and standby power applications. With 1000kW/1250kVA prime power and 1100kW/1375kVA standby power at 50Hz, the GPC1250 series provides a high-capacity power solution for industrial, commercial, infrastructure, mining, construction and other demanding applications.
The GPC1250 series is powered by the CUMMINS KTA50-G3, a 16-cylinder, 50-liter-class diesel engine featuring a turbocharged water/air cooling system, water-cooled design, EFC electronic governor and Cummins fuel system. Operating at 1500 RPM and 50Hz, the engine provides 1097kW rated power and 1227kW standby power, providing sufficient engine capacity for the generator set's 1000kW prime output.
The GPC1250D5 is the open type configuration, suitable for generator rooms and installations where ventilation and convenient maintenance access are available. The GPC1250S5 is the silent type configuration, designed with a weatherproof sound-attenuated enclosure for outdoor and noise-sensitive applications. A 1000L fuel tank is provided for extended operating periods, while ATS, synchronization, remote monitoring and other options can be configured according to project requirements.
