450kVA Cummins KTA19-G3 diesel generator set GPC450D5-II open type and GPC450S5-II silent type

Introduction

The GENLITEC POWER® GPC450D5-II and GPC450S5-II are 450kVA Cummins diesel generator sets designed to provide reliable three-phase power for industrial, commercial, construction, mining, infrastructure and standby power applications. The generator sets are rated at 360kW/450kVA for prime power and 400kW/500kVA for standby power at 50Hz, with 1500 RPM operation.

Powered by the Cummins KTA19-G3 six-cylinder, 19-liter diesel engine, the GPC450 series combines high engine capacity with a 360kW/450kVA alternator output. The Cummins KTA19-G3 uses a turbocharged and aftercooled configuration, Cummins PT fuel system, direct injection and electronic governor. At 50Hz and 1500 RPM, the engine provides approximately 403kW prime output and 448kW standby output, providing suitable engine capacity for the rated generator set output.

The GPC450 generator set is available in both open and silent configurations. The GPC450D5-II open type is suitable for generator rooms and installations where easy maintenance and ventilation are required, while the GPC450S5-II silent type features a weatherproof sound-attenuated enclosure for outdoor and noise-sensitive applications. A 680L fuel tank is provided for extended operating periods, while ATS, synchronization, remote monitoring and other options are available for different project requirements.
