750kVA Cummins KTA38-G2 diesel generator set GPC750D5 open type and GPC750S5 silent type

Introduction

The GENLITEC POWER® GPC750D5 and GPC750S5 are 750kVA Cummins diesel generator sets designed to provide reliable three-phase power for industrial, commercial, construction, mining, infrastructure and standby power applications. The generator sets are rated at 600kW/750kVA for prime power and 660kW/825kVA for standby power at 50Hz, with 1500 RPM operation.

Powered by the Cummins KTA38-G2 V12, 38-liter diesel engine, the GPC750 series combines high engine capacity with a 600kW/750kVA alternator output. The Cummins KTA38-G2 uses a turbocharged and aftercooled configuration, Cummins PT fuel system, direct injection and a 14.5:1 compression ratio. At 50Hz and 1500 RPM, the engine provides approximately 664kW prime output and 731kW standby output, providing suitable engine capacity for the rated generator set output.

The GPC750 generator set is available in both open and silent configurations. The GPC750D5 open type is suitable for generator rooms and installations where easy maintenance and ventilation are required, while the GPC750S5 silent type features a weatherproof sound-attenuated enclosure for outdoor and noise-sensitive applications. A 1000L fuel tank is provided for extended operating periods, while ATS, synchronization, remote monitoring and other options are available for different project requirements.
