Introduction
The GENLITEC POWER GPP2050D5 / GPP2050S5 is a 2050 kVA diesel generator set designed for reliable prime, standby and backup power applications. With a rated output of 1640KW/2050KVA prime power and 1800KW/2250KVA standby power, this 50Hz diesel generator operates at 1500 RPM and provides dependable three-phase power for commercial, industrial, construction, agricultural, telecommunications and other demanding applications.
Powered by a Perkins 4016TAG2A diesel engine, the GPP2050D5 / GPP2050S5 features a 61.1L sixteen-cylinder V-type engine with turbocharged and air-to-air charge cooled induction, direct injection and electronic governing. The generator set is equipped with a 1664KW/2080KVA alternator and a standard 2000L fuel tank. The GPP2050D5 is supplied in open type configuration, while the GPP2050S5 is supplied as standard with a 40HQ containerized canopy for sound attenuation, weather protection and international transportation.
